Orders are processed within 2 business days after placing the order and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive a response from our customer service team within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check the spam folder in your contact email address. It is possible that our emails have been incorrectly filtered by your email server/provider.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the shipping details. This may cause delays in the delivery of your order. There may also be delays due to customs clearance.
  • Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package. This may result in a longer than expected delivery time.
  • Your order may be delivered to you by the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your region, most orders are delivered by your local postal service. In that case, you will receive the package with your regular mail. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman may leave a card with information on how and where you can pick up your order.
  • Please fill in your address as completely as possible. Otherwise, we will return the package we send to you or ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
